January 19, 5:00 PM: Einat Adomony—The Ultimate Balaboosta (Film: Ottolengthi and the Cakes of Versailles)

January 26, 5:00 PM: Lior Lev Sercarz—The Spice Master (Film: A Touch of Spice)

Lior is the chef, spice blender and owner of La Boite, a NYC biscuits and spice shop. He has been featured in The New York Times, Vogue & Food & Wine and has written The Art of Blending, The Spice Companion and Mastering Spice.
