Torah Plus!

Torah Plus! is a group study session of the Torah portion for that week (Parashat Hashavuah) with noted scholar Nitziah Shaked, starting at 9:00 am on alternate Saturdays. Nitzhia Shaked received her Juris Doctor degree from Hebrew University in Jerusalem and a master’s in law from Harvard Law School. She has been a member of both the Israel and California Bar associations. In addition to her law career, she has been engaged in Jewish text research and teaching since the 1970s. She has taught at UC Berkeley, San Francisco State University, and Sonoma State University.
