The Book of Psalms is a treasure chest of spiritual poems that reflect deep personal experiences of gratitude, despair, exhilaration, celebration and trust. In this workshop, we will learn more about these beautiful and inspiring offerings. We will explore one psalm deeply to see how it might mirror and inform our own spiritual experiences and then practice with a guided meditation to bring the psalm to life in our own lives. There will be plenty of time to ask questions and share experiences.
