Women of B’nai Shalom Book Group Lunch followed by discussion.
Please join us at 12:30 in the conference room or on Zoom for lunch (bring your own dairy or pareve) and the selection of books for our book group for the coming year. As always, we will try to have a good balance between fiction and nonfiction. Please check availability for the titles you recommend, synagogue library, Contra Costa Library. Please suggest books that you have read or that are WLCJ book selections, or award winning books. We usually try to have one title by an Israeli writer. We are not limited to recent publications, so if you have a favorite from 50 years ago, by all means suggest it. We choose books for the whole year so that everyone has the chance to read them at their own pace.
